These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Calm & Clear (the "app"), built by GMRT Apps. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Calm & Clear is intended for users age 13 and older. The app asks for a date of birth on first launch and blocks anyone who indicates they're under 13. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use the app.
Calm & Clear is a wellness and mindfulness tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment for any mental health condition. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or having thoughts of self-harm, please contact a crisis line (such as calling or texting 988 in the United States), emergency services, or a licensed mental health professional immediately.
The app can be used anonymously, or you can create an account with an email and password. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Any mood entries, journal text, goals, or other content you enter into the app is yours -- we don't claim ownership of it, and we use it only to run the app's features for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use the app to harass others, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or the app's backend systems, reverse-engineer the app for malicious purposes, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific needs. Air quality, weather, and similar data shown in the app come from third-party sources and may not always be accurate or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GMRT Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. The app is a personal wellness tool, not a professional service, and is offered without any guarantee of specific outcomes.
You can delete your logged activity or your entire account at any time from within the app -- see Data Deletion for details.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
